Personal Data Information Notice
Based on the information that is requested from our customers or prospects through our agents, agents or distributors, forms that are completed by our customers or, more generally, from the process of collecting information on our customers or our prospects, in particular from the ariovis.fr site, in particular from the ariovis.fr site, Ariovis, in its capacity as data controller, collects and processes information identifying natural persons and that may concern their private lives as well as their professional lives (for example: name, contact details personal or professional, profession, IP address etc.).

This information notice is intended for you as a natural person concerned by the data processing carried out by Ariovis. It explains why Ariovis needs to collect your Data, how your Data will be used and protected, how long it will be kept and what rights you have.
Who are the people whose Data is collected?

The Data used by Ariovis has been provided directly by you or has been obtained indirectly through our corporate and institutional customers, our partners or even from public sources.
For what purposes and on what basis is your Data collected and used?
As part of the contact form available on the Ariovis site or as part of our business relationship, Ariovis needs to collect your Data for the purposes described below and on the basis of the following bases:
- When you fill out the contact form available on the Ariovis site, you consent to Ariovis collecting and processing your Data in order to be able to identify you and respond to your request.
- Execute the contract relating to the products and services that you have subscribed to or that you wish to subscribe:
For Ariovis, among other things, it is necessary to ensure:

If we are unable to collect and process your Data, Ariovis will not be in a position to conclude or perform the contract between us and our customers.
Purposes subject to your consent
Ariovis intends to subject certain processing of your Data to the collection of your consent. In these cases, you will be asked to consent, in a specific manner, to the collection and processing of your Data for explicit purposes.
For example, any commercial prospecting aimed at a customer or prospective natural person will be subject to your prior consent if you are not a customer of Ariovis or if you are a customer of Ariovis but the prospecting concerns products that are not similar to those that you have already acquired.
Who has access to your Data?
Ariovis takes all necessary measures to guarantee the security of the Data it has collected but also their confidentiality, i.e. to ensure that only authorized persons access it.
Only persons authorized due to their activities within the competent departments of Ariovis, in charge of the corresponding processing, have access to your Data within the limits of their authorizations.
Likewise, in the execution of one of the above purposes, your Data may be transmitted to or accessible:
- To our service providers and partners, in a secure manner, in the context of the execution of our above purposes,
- To certain regulated professions (lawyers, notaries, auditors),
Some authorities may also be provided with your Data, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Under the circumstances defined above, Ariovis may be required to transfer (communicate or make accessible) your Data to another country within or outside the European Union.
How long is your Data kept?
Once the purposes of processing the Data have been reached, and taking into account any legal or regulatory obligations requiring the retention of certain Data, Ariovis no longer keeps your Data.
The storage period is variable and depends on the nature of the data and the purposes pursued. The data of prospects collected in the contact form accessible on the Ariovis site or directly by an agent, are kept for a maximum period of 1 year.
Data collected for the purposes of our business relationship is kept for the time necessary for the execution of the contract and until the expiry of the applicable legal deadlines, i.e. 5 years.
This period may be longer in certain specific situations, when required by regulation. It may also be longer in case of legal recourse. In this case, the data is kept until the end of the legal proceedings and then archived according to the applicable legal limitation periods. When personal data is collected for several purposes, it is kept until the longest retention or archiving period has expired.
What are your rights over your Data?

In addition, you have the option of providing us with instructions relating to the storage, deletion and communication of your Data after your death, which instructions may also be registered with “a certified digital trusted third party”. These instructions, or a kind of “digital will”, may designate a person responsible for their execution; otherwise, your heirs will be appointed.
