An IAM path to define
Several initiatives already exist, but priorities, responsibilities or the target architecture still need to be clarified.
We start with what matters in your world. Then we move fast: strategy, identity governance, PAM and authorization.

Govern identities. Secure access. Control privileged accounts. Make finer-grained decisions about who can do what. Ariovis connects these areas into a clear path, then delivers it with the teams who will operate the service.
Strategy sets the direction. Five technology areas then shape the chain required by the context.
These seven stages apply to every one of our services.

A new platform is not always the first issue. The starting point may be unreliable HR data, an operating model to align, an existing program to extend or an application ready to launch.
Several initiatives already exist, but priorities, responsibilities or the target architecture still need to be clarified.
Joiners, movers and leavers still depend on too many manual steps and scattered controls.
Employees, partners or customers need simpler access to the right applications under the right conditions.
Administrative accounts, service accounts and secrets need a clear and workable strategy.
Traditional roles are no longer enough when access depends on the action, resource or context.
Accounts, delegations and sensitive groups need to be assessed, prioritized and monitored.
HR sources, directories, applications, processes, teams and production constraints: every environment has its own logic. We keep what works. We clarify what gets in the way. We select the right components. Then we deliver in stages, with clear acceptance criteria, usable documentation and operations considered from the start.
Consulting can remain technology-independent. Once the technology has been selected, Ariovis can cover architecture, integration, migration, testing, go-live and support.
Ariovis supported the on-premises application migration of the Mayenne Department’s identity management platform.
The project covers software licenses, full implementation, knowledge transfer and ongoing operational maintenance.
It demonstrates a straightforward promise that requires disciplined delivery: frame the project, implement it, stabilize it and operate a critical identity platform over time.
The program lacked shared priorities and delivery pace. Ariovis connected governance, architecture and business demand to stabilize operations and give the program a clear direction.
Rules, priorities and the delivery model were rebuilt with the client teams. The platform became more stable and the internal team more autonomous.
The administration model, application onboarding process and first use cases were clarified so the program could move forward on workable foundations.
Netwrix governs identities and protects privileged access. Ping Identity secures access journeys. Keeper covers secrets and selected privileged access use cases. Axiomatics handles fine-grained authorization decisions. Ariovis designs the architecture, delivers the integration and organizes how the whole system operates.
Access governance, confidentiality, data protection, artificial intelligence, secure development and third-party oversight are documented in a dedicated Trust Center for procurement, security and compliance teams. Some information is public. More detailed documents are available depending on the relationship.
Ariovis was founded in 2024 by Matthieu Filizzola. The company operates across France, Belgium, Switzerland and Germany, from strategic framing through integration and operations. Around IAM, Ariovis brings together architecture, governance, delivery, privileged access security, authorization and knowledge transfer.
