Its role goes beyond ticket handling: the team maintains service stability, investigates incidents, updates configurations, supports platform upgrades and identifies improvements that increase the long-term value of the IAM service.
This managed service model gives organisations access to functional and technical IAM expertise that can be difficult to maintain permanently in-house.
