ID Token Verification
ID Token Verification is the validation process through which the client application confirms that the identity token can be trusted.
Definition
ID Token Verification is the step in which the client application checks that the received ID token is valid and suitable for establishing a user session. Its purpose is to ensure that the identity information used to authenticate the user actually comes from the trusted authorization server.
