Identity governance
Inter-Application SoD
Inter-Application SoD is the identification of toxic combinations of rights spread across multiple applications.
Definition
Inter-Application SoD is a segregation model that detects conflicts not inside one application alone, but across several systems that together enable a risky or fraudulent end-to-end capability. It is particularly important in enterprise environments where business processes are distributed across multiple platforms.
The Ariovis perspective
Segregation of duties must be tied to meaningful risk scenarios and supported by ownership, detection, decisions and remediation. A static list of conflicts is not enough.
