JIT-Compatible but Preprovisioned is the pattern where an application could support just-in-time identity creation but is still preprovisioned by default.
Definition
JIT-Compatible but Preprovisioned refers to the case where the application is capable of just-in-time identity or session creation, but the integration team still creates accounts in advance for all users. This preserves the disadvantages of account persistence without taking advantage of the lower-risk JIT model.
