A French banking organization set out to industrialize identity lifecycle management and strengthen access reviews through the deployment of an IGA platform.
The organization operated in a rich application landscape, with diverse user populations, demanding regulatory requirements and access-management processes that remained largely manual. Joiner, mover and leaver events relied on heterogeneous circuits that were difficult to trace and control, while periodic access reviews required significant effort without ensuring consistent coverage.
Ariovis framed the target architecture and governance principles of the IGA platform, then designed the joiner, mover and leaver workflows together with the underlying access model. Integrations with the HR system, the corporate directory, the ITSM tool and priority applications were specified and validated through iterative acceptance testing. Go-live was organized in waves, supported by a strong knowledge-transfer effort so that internal teams could operate the platform autonomously over the long term.
